Return items
You may return products sold by us no more than 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval from us. Please note that we do offer exchanges or refund only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
If you find that there is any mistake caused by us, we will be responsible for all handling and delivery costs.
Non-returnable items
We are sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
- Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any detective item* which is used over 10% of its original size.
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any discount, clearance or sales product.
- Any free gift product, accessory and samples.
- Any product purchased on our shop but cannot provide offical invoice.
*We guarantee that all our products are authentic and at least 1 year before the expiration date. If customer suspects that the product is defective, we will send the product to manufacturer for inspection. It takes at least 6 weeks. If we confirm the product is defective, we are pleased to process refund or return.
Exchange & Refund
Refund is only avaliable for defective products, we only accept exchange for normal circumstance.
Refund timeline
Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. It takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. It takes up to 4 to 6 weeks for online credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. Cash, Eps or Bank transfer will take approximately 1 week and will be refunded by cheque.
Transaction complete
If customers never apply for return or refund within 7 days of receipt of your pruchase, it means the transaction is completed. We will NOT take any responsibility of this transaction and will NOT accept any refund or return request any more.
